1 Information on how to enter and about prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2 Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when exercising their prize.

3 Entrants must be available to travel to Melbourne for one of the one day Qualifying Finals games of the AFL Finals Series in September 2010. This excludes the AFL Grand Final on 26th September 2010.

4 The promotion commences on 10 May 2010 at 10:00am and closes 11th August 2010 at 11:59pm ("Promotion Period"). All times indicated are either AEST or AEDST as applicable.

5 To be eligible to enter the promotion, consumers must purchase a Four’nTwenty Footy Party Pie 18 pack from a participating venue during the Promotion Period.

6 To enter, consumers must then during the Promotion Period: (a) visit www.fourntwenty.com.au and follow the prompts to enter.

7 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time during or after the closing date of the promotion to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

8 Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) unique code valid for only one entry; (b) unrecognized codes will be deemed invalid; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.

9 Entrants must retain their original packet showing the unique code/s used to enter for each entry, or provide proof of purchase clearly showing the product was purchased during the Promotional Period. Failure to produce the original packet showing the unique code/s or proof of purchase for all entries upon request may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

10 No responsibility accepted for late or misdirected entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the FourN’Twenty AFL Finals Series Experience Promotion database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.

11 Entries for the prize draw open on 10th May 2010 at 10:00am and final entries for the prize draw close 11th August 2010 at 11:59pm. All prize draws will take place at Campaign Master, Level 2, 62-64 Riley Street, Darlinghurst, NSW, 2010 at 11:00am on 12th August 2010.

12 One (1) major prize winner will receive tickets for themselves and four companions to an MCG Corporate Box with a mystery AFL personality for one of the one day Qualifying Finals games of the AFL Finals Series in September 2010. This excludes the AFL Grand Final on 26th September 2010. The MCG Corporate Box may be utilized by additional persons other than the prize winner and his/her companions on the day of the chosen game. Notification of preferred date for redemption of the prize must be made to the promoter 5 weeks before match day.

13 Winners from states or territories outside Victoria will also receive 1 x voucher up to the value of $2,000 to be used for accommodation and/or flights in conjunction with redeeming the major prize. Winners resident in Victoria will be required to make their own transport and accommodation arrangements.

14 The major prize winner will be notified by mail and will have their name published in The Australian on 18th August 2010. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when exercising their prize. Any adult accompanying a minor within the corporate box must carry photo identification at all times. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15 Prizes (including flights and accommodation) must be taken within the AFL Finals Series period being 4th September 2010 - 25th September 2010 inclusive. All travel must be booked by Friday 20th August 2010 and must be completed by 25th September 2010, and is subject to booking and flight availability. Flights must be taken in the order specified by the Promoter and the itinerary may not be extended or otherwise varied unless the Promoter, in its sole discretion, agrees otherwise. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays or cancellations of flights, nor the malfunction of any ground services provided to the prizewinner.

16 The prize does not (except as expressly stated) include: (i) transfers; (ii) other transport or accommodation; (iii) meals or beverages; (iv) incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar charges, telephone calls, in house movies, food and beverages); (v) spending money; (vi) insurance (such as travel or health cover); (vii) medical or health related services; (viii) any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the winner or their guests in relation to the prize.

17 All identification or other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the MCG and/or accommodation and airlines are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

18 The Promoter will not be responsible for the cancellation or delay of the AFL Finals Series game which the winner chooses to attend in September 2010 or any part thereof, or the non-appearance by any one or more of the scheduled players.

19 There will be a total of 1 major prize winner with a total prize value of up to $12,000. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes, including any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter.

20 Twenty (20) Second Prize winners will each receive a Sherrin Four’nTwenty Match Day Footy valued at $170 each. The total prize pool value for Second Prize winners is $3,400. Second Prize Winners will be notified via email and have their name published in The Australian on 18th August 2010.

 

21 Thirty (30) Third Prize winners will each receive an AFL Supporter Pack valued at $145 each. The total prize pool value for Third Prize winners is $4,350. Third Prize Winners will be notified via email and have their name published in The Australian on 18th August 2010.

22 The total prize pool value for this promotion is $19,750.

23 The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted invalid.

24 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including (but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, war, terrorism or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to state regulations.

25 The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by the website user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

26 If the major prize is unclaimed by 5pm 17th August 2010 the Promoter may conduct a further draw at the same place as the original draw as is necessary at 11am 18th August 2010. All subsequent prizes must be claimed by 5pm on 8 December 2010 and if any prize remains unclaimed by such date, the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary at 11am on 9th December 2010 in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes, or if no longer available a prize of equivalent value, subject however to any written directions given under all State Regulations. Unclaimed prize draw winners will be notified by email and winners of prizes valued in excess of $100 will have their names published in The Australian on 14th December 2010.

27 The prize must be taken as stated. If for any reason a prize winner cannot take a prize or any part of a prize in accordance to these terms and conditions, including at the time specified by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

28 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

29 It is a condition of accepting the major prize that the winner and their nominated companions to take the prize will, upon request by the Promoter, be required to sign a legal release and indemnity in a form to be determined by the Promoter.

30 The Promoter and event organizers expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her companions) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize, or if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.

31 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the event is cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.

32 The Promoter may photograph, video and/or film the major prize winner at the event or any other activity in connection with the prize. Winners acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit without further permission from or payment to winners.

33 All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.

34 Entrants grant the Promoter permission to communicate with them by email and/or telephone in order to provide details of the prize and/or instructions as to how the winner is to claim the prize and establish his/her entitlement to it.
